Do you ever find yourself needing to add extra space to your home but don’t want to break the bank? Well, Leicester builders can help! In this blog post, we’ll tell you about our experience renovating a kitchen and garage extension using only Leicester builders. We’ll also provide helpful tips on how to choose the right builder for your project, and give you a sneak peak at our amazing work!

How The Kitchen Extension Was Built

The kitchen extension was a big job and we knew that we needed the right builder to do it. We started by reviewing some of the local builders’ websites and read some of their reviews. After doing this, we narrowed down our search to threebuilders, two of which were local to us. We spoke with all three builders and got estimates from them. We also met with each builder in person to get a better understanding of what they could offer us.

Ultimately, we chose builder A as the best option for us. They offered the most affordable proposal and seemed very knowledgeable about their craftsmanship. They also had years of experience in building extensions and garages, which was important to us. The construction process went smoothly and on schedule, which was great considering how big the project was. Overall, we were extremely happy with our choice and would definitely recommend builder A to anyone looking for an extension or garage build!

Pros and Cons of the kitchen extension

If you’re thinking of adding a kitchen extension to your home, there are a few things to consider. Here are the pros and cons of doing this:

PROS

-Adding a kitchen extension can give you more space in your kitchen, making it easier to work in.

-Kitchen extensions often come with built-in appliances and cabinets, so you don’t have to spend extra money on these separately.

-Kitchen extensions can also increase the value of your home.

CONS

-Some people find it difficult to get used to having an extra room in their kitchen.

-Kitchen extensions can be expensive to build, so you may need to factor this into your budget.

How The Garage Extension Was Built

A Leicester builder’s story: how we built a kitchen extension and a garage extension

We have just completed a very exciting and extensive project for our client – a brand new kitchen extension and garage extension. This was an extremely challenging project, but thanks to the excellent planning and execution by our team, it came out beautifully. Here is our builder’s story of how it all went down.

The original house was built in the 1920s and had an existing kitchenette on one side, which was quite small. So, when the family started growing, they decided it was time to expand the space. We started by demolishing the old kitchenette and replacing it with a brand new double-height unit with plenty of storage space. We then added a new door to the existing hallway so that two families could live in the same house without fighting for space.

Next, we tackled the issue of storage – this house definitely needed some extra room! We created an enormous cupboard under the stairs that can hold nearly everything you could imagine (including a grand piano!). And to top it all off, we added an extra door to give even more access.

Finally, we tackled the problem of providing enough parking for everyone – this house originally had just one tiny slot in its driveway for a car. So, we widened it significantly and installed two brand new garages – one on each side of the property! Now there’s plenty of room for everyone to park their cars

Conclusion

When we first started planning our kitchen extension and garage extension, we didn’t know where to turn. We were terrified that the whole process would be too daunting, but our builder proved us wrong – he was amazing! From start to finish, he was always on hand to answer any questions and reassure us that everything would be fine. And it was – the end result is a kitchen and garage that are both incredibly functional and stunningly beautiful. Thanks, Leicester builder!
