Tristan Thompson has been trying to avoid leaking information from his latest paternity case. The Sacramento Kings center asked a judge for legal recourse to silence Maralee Nichols, his former personal trainer and alleged mother of his third child.
A lawsuit against Thompson for child support by Nichols, with whom the Kings center once again cheated on Khloe Kardashian, became public several days ago. For that reason, he has taken matters into his own hands.
According to TMZ Sports, Maralee Nichols gave birth to a baby boy last week as her legal battle against the Sacramento player went public.
In addition to requesting a genetic test of the baby to prove whether or not he is the father, Tristan has accused Nichols of trying to “gain” fame with her lawsuit.

Thompson filed an emergency gag order application last Monday, Dec. 6, in Harris County, Texas, in an attempt to prevent Maralee Nichols from making his paternity suit even more public than it already is.
According to TMZ, Tristan claims Maralee has been doing interviews with the media, leaking personal info, and even taking to IG and other social media to spread what he says are blatant lies about himself and his family.
Still, he claims some Snapchat messages, which Maralee has claimed were sent to her by Tristan, were fabricated.
Maralee Nichols is already showing off her post-baby body now that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians affiliate Tristan Thompson admitted to fathering her newborn son. The personal trainer appears to be embracing her newfound fame after welcoming a son with Tristan last month. Tristan kicked off the year owning up to conceiving his third child with Maralee. With all the controversy surrounding her name, Maralee is at least letting everyone know that her abs are back in full effect after giving birth.
